The idea was obvious: When people visit a town for the first time they want to explore it without having their heads buried in guide books, and perhaps even having to read aloud from them to their fellow travellers.

Thes idea occurred to us a few years ago and we promptly set about looking for an alternative for our own convenience. We began by recording our own audio files before embarking on a trip! This was time-consuming, of course, and our memory space was limited to 64mb, but for the first time we were really able to relax and enjoy our trips.

Good ideas are rarely unique. We were amazed to discover several years later that other providers were already offering a similar product in other European cities.

In spite of this we decided to develop our idea further, implement it professionally and launch our own Audio Guide on the market. Nowadays there are many different technical solutions available but we do not believe that the hardware is all that is required to be successful. 

"Keep it simple” is our guiding principle.
